- 600 gm beef/mutton/chicken
- 250 gm Onion
- 250 gm yoghurt
- 2 tbsp sesame seed
- 25 gm Qorma masala
- 1 tsp talhar mirch powder
- 1 tsp all spice powder
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp kewra Water
- 2 tbsp ginger julienne cut
- 1 cup oil
- Salt to taste (if required)
- Water (according to meat)
Instructions to make to make Mughlai Qorma
- Add yoghurt, ginger, garlic paste and Qorma masala in beef,mix Well and marinate it for at least 35 minute,

- Now heat the oil and add onion let it brown and take it out and crush them,set aside in a same oil add marinated Beef and let it cook....

- After 10 to 15 minute add sesame seed paste,crush brown Onion,talhar mirch powder,all spice powder mix nicely and cover it

- Then beef get half done,add water,and cover again allow to beef tender completely, in the last add ginger slice and kewra Water,mix it and cover it about 5 minute and dish it out.and serve with naan, taftan or sheermal
