- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tbsp. Corn flour
- 1/4 tsp. Black pepper crushed
- as per taste Salt
- 1 tsp. Red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp. Sugar(obt)
- as required Capsicum fried chilli chinese sauce fafda to serve
Instructions to make to make Chinese Fafda
- Sieve besan in a paraat add oil carrom seeds and crushed black pepper.Mix soda and salt in 1/4cup water bowl.mix proerly till dissolve in water. Now knead a dough with this water. Heat oil. Now make long roll from dough and make fafda with palm fry on a slow flame both sides. And take out in a strainer.
- For Chinese sauce:- Heat oil in a pan saute chopped ginger garlic paste saute on a fast flame. Saute chopped onion chopped salary chopped capsicum chopped tomato toss all veggies. Take a bowl mix cornflour ketchup soya sauce red chilli sauce black pepper crushed venegar red chilli powder and 1/2cup water dilute properly. And add in a veggies mixture. Add 1bowl water and salt cook till consistancy is semi liquid lastly add sugar. Its obt. Turn off flame and add salary.
