  2. 9 tbsp oil
  3. 1 tsp garlic ginger paste
  4. 2 egg
  5. 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  6. 1 tsp turmeric
  7. 1 tsp white pepper powder
  8. 1 tbsp chicken powder
  9. 1 tsp ginger (julienne cut)
  10. 3 big green chillies
  11. 4 tbsp green coriander (chopped)
  12. 3 carrots (cut into strips)
  13. 2 capsicum (cut into strips)
  14. 1 tbsp brown onion
  15. 5 spring onion (only green part)
  16. 2 cup soaked rice
  17. 2 cup water for cooking rice
  18. 1 tbsp salt
  19. Ingredients for chicken
  20. 1/2 kg chicken
  21. 1/2 tsp garlic ginger paste
  22. 4 tbsp yougard
  23. 2 tbsp oil
  24. 3 tbsp (Half packet) Shan chicken tandoori masala
  25. Small peice coal for steam the chicken

Instructions to make to make CHINESE TIHARI (AKNI)

  1. In a bowl add garlic ginger paste, yougard,oil,whisk well then add chicken in this mixture n rub mixture over chicken & marinate for 30-1 hr
  2. In a pan add marinated chicken cover it n cook it on a low fame until water dries & chicken cook completely
  3. Give coal smoke in chicken n cover it with lid
  4. Preparation for rice
  5. In a pan heat cooking oil
  6. Add beaten egg, mix well & cook until scrambled
  7. Add all spices garlic ginger paste, turmeric, red chilli flakes, chicken powder, white pepper, little amount of water & stir it
  8. Add carrot, green coriander, green chillies & again mix well
  9. Add water according to quantity of yr rice
  10. Add capsicum, spring onion & salt at a time of boiling water
  11. Add soaked rice in boiling water
  12. When water of rice dries mix rice n sprinkle brown onion over it, cover rice with lid & put it in low flame
  13. Spicy Chinese tihari (akni) is ready sprinkle some spring onion over it at a time of serving
