  12. 2 tsp Sesame seed, roasted
  13. 1 garlic clove, finely choppped
  14. Beef
  15. 200 g Minced beef
  16. 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  17. 2 tsp Soy sauce
  18. 2 garlic clove, finely chopped
  19. pepper to taste
  20. Bibimbap sauce
  21. 4 tbsp Gochujang
  22. 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  23. 2 tbsp Vinegar
  24. 2 tbsp Water
  25. 1 tsp Sugar
  26. 1 tsp Sesame seeds, roasted

Instructions to make to make Beef Bibimbap(Korean rice bowl)

  1. Heat the sauce pan with medium heat. Roast shiitake and carrot. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. For the seasone vegetable: add water to a pot or a large saucepan. Add pinch of salt. Bring it to boil. Add the spinach and cover the pot. Cook for 30-45 sec and transfer to a coriander. Use cold running water or ice for cooling down. Remove excessive water. Season with sesame oil, garlic and sesame seed. Do the same process for the seasoned sunflower sprout.
  3. For the Marinated beef : Mix the minced beef with sesame oil, garlic, soy sauce and pepper. Store in the fridge for 30 min. When the meat is ready, heat the sauce pan with medium heat. Stir fry the beef mixture for 3 min. Don’t overcook the meet.
  4. Prepare ingredients for Gochujang sauce
  5. To serve, add a cup of rice to a bowl and add all the ingredients. Top with Gochujang sauce and fried egg. Mix well before eat.
