- 1 bowl spiral paste,
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp butter,
- 1 med sized onion sliced,
- 6 green chilli slitted,
- 1 tsp grated garlic,
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger,
- as required All three bell peppers (1/4 of each) diced in small pc,
- 1/2 pc carrot diced in small pc,
- 1 tbsp chopped spring onion,
- 1 tomato chopped finely,
- to taste, Salt
- 1 cube processed cheese, grated,
- 1/2 tsp oregano & basil herb,
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder,
- as required Some chopped dhania patta,
Instructions to make to make Indian Style Veggies Pasta
- Firstly take a deep bottom pan, add good amount of water, also add lil salt & 1 tsp oil. Let it boil.
- Now add pasta, cook it until Al Dente.
- Strain it, transfer it into normal water, strain it again, keep aside.
- Take a wok or pan, add oil & butter, heat it.
- Add onions, stir fry it for a minute. In goes green chilli, saute it for a sec.
- Add ginger garlic, saute it until rawness is released
- Add in all the veggies one by one, stir fry it for 2 minutes.
- In goes tomato & salt, give a stir, sprinkle some water.
- Lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it until tomato becomes tender.
- Add cheese now, mis it well. In goes Pasta.
- Stir fry it for 2 minutes.
- Add all the herbs, red chilli flakes & dhania patta, mix it well.
- Cook it for a minute, turn off the flame.
- Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta.
- A nice one pot meal..
