- 15 Curry leaves for tempering

- 2 pods Garlic
- 1tsp Jeera
- 1/2 tsp Haldi
- As needed Garlic peanut chutney already prepared and mentioned

- 1 bulb Garlic
- 3 tbsp Peanuts
- 2 tbsp Seaseme
- 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
- as per taste Salt

- Take boiled potatoes mix all the spices and Temper it, with curry leaves rai and zeera and haldi
