- Soak almond in water for 10 minutes.
- Heat 1/2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry 1 Onion cubes, chopped tomato and garlic cloves for 2 minutes.
- After cooling grind fried onion and garlic with soaked almonds to a fine paste.
- Heat oil in a wok and fry paneer cubes till light golden.
- Heat butter in another pan and put 1 onion cubes.
- Fry till pink in colour and add grounded paste.
- Add turmeric, chilli and garam masala powder.
- Add fried paneer pieces and capsicum cubes.
- Mix well and add water and salt.
- Cover and cook for 5 minutes and then add cream.
- Garnish with almonds and serve hot with naan.
