  2. 1 bowl curd
  3. 1 tsp. Baking soda
  4. 1 tsp. Baking powder
  5. to taste Salt

  7. Sambhar ingredients
  8. 300 gm Pumpkin
  9. 250 gm Brinjal
  10. 500gm Guard
  11. 4 to5 stick Drum stick
  12. 1 cup Arhar ki daal
  13. 1/2 cup Chana daal
  14. 1 1/2 tbsp Sambhar masala
  15. i1/2tsp Haldi
  16. as per taste Salt
  17. 1/2 tsp Dhaniya powder
  18. 1/2tsp Red chilli powder
  19. 1/2cup Imli pulp/ lemon juice
  20. Tadka ingredients
  21. 10-15 leaves Meethi neem
  22. 2 Red chilli dry
  23. 1 tbsp Raai
  24. 2 Onion chopped
  25. 2 Tomato chopped
  26. as required Ghee/oil

Steps to make to make South indian idli sambhar

  1. Soak semolina. Add curd mix well. Then add baking soda and baking powder+salt mix and covered and rest 1 -2 hr.
  2. Cut all veggies. Soak dal and chana daal 1/2hr.
  3. Take pressure cooker all veggies and soaked dal and mix haldi+dhaniya+chilli+salt+and water mix and cook 3 -4 whistle.
  4. Take a frying pan/tadka pan. Add 1 tbsp. Ghee/oil. Add raai sprinkle, curry patta, dry red chilli, saute add onion (chopped)golden brown clr ane take fry. Then add tomato saute karein achhi trh fry kry. Sambar m add kar de.
  5. Pressure release kar ke sambar chk kry masher s mash kar de ar imli ka pulp/lemon /satry add kry. Sambhar masala add karein mix well. Tdka lagae.
  6. Semolina is fermant. After 1or 2 hr. 1/2tsp oil ko grm kry add rai 1tsp. Sprinkle. Ise idli batter m tdka lage ar mix kry. Add some salt.
  7. Take idli stand and grease with oil. Pour idli batter. 1 glaas water ko grm kry idli cooker m pani boil hone lgy tb idli stand ko usme rkhkr 10 to 15 min take steem kry.
  8. After 10 min chk the idli with the hlp of a toothpick /knife. Agr clean nikle to idli tayar hai. Serve with sambhar
  9. Note: agr idli fluffy nahi ban rhi hai to eno mix kar ke bhi bana saktein hai
